These puppies are from our reservation partner in South Dakota - and we are all so happy they are safe and out of the cold!
Burton is being fostered with his siblings, other (large) resident dogs, cats and kids. In typical puppy fashion, he loves everyone and everything.
Burton is one loving puppy. He frequently seeks out his humans for a quick kiss. His favorite toys include anything that squeaks and while he doesn't quite understand fetch yet, he does love to chase any toy you throw him.
Burton is working hard on house training. His foster family lets him outside every 2-3 hours during the day and he does great on a schedule. Burton sleeps in a crate overnight and doesn't make a peep.
While we don't know his exact breed makeup, we do know that Burton has some herding/working breeds in his DNA! This means his future family will need to develop a strong training plan to keep his mind and body active.
Adoption Fee: $495.00

Breed and age are often determined on appearance, our own knowledge, veterinarian advice, and/or information from the sending shelters or previous owners. Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.
