Darby is a pretty petite Pittie! She is as sweet as they come!

Darby is a short and stout girl who loves everyone. She plays with her foster sister dog and loves to run outside and wrestle. But quickly upon come inside she’s ready to snuggle us with her favorite people. She’s got a short snout and the cutest pittie face with a Carmel colored brindle coat.

Sleeping with her people is her favorite spot and she is a Velcro dog for sure. She walks slowly on a leash, there’s just a lot of smells to stop for. She could easily go for a walk with a child or an older person, she’s very gentle, no pulling.

Darby does worry if she can’t see her people and has a little whine until she finds them and gets next to them.  She recently had puppies but is now spayed and UTD on all her shots.

This dog is best to be a companion or emotional support animal. She would do well with handicapped, bed bound, or elderly people. She’s just a sweet sweet girl!

**Note on breed and age determination:

Breed and age are often determined on appearance, our own knowledge, veterinarian advice, and/or information from the sending shelters or previous owners.  Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.
