Hi there! My name’s King, and I’m on the lookout for my forever home. I’m a certified best boy who loves lots of attention—whether it’s from adults or kids. Don’t let my size fool you; I’m a true lab lap dog and a master snuggler.

 

I’m happiest outdoors, especially when I’m frolicking with my dog friends. A fenced yard would be amazing for getting my wiggles out, and I’d love to have a submissive doggy sibling to play and cuddle with. I’m also pretty talented at discovering any tasty treats left on the counter—I’ve got no shame in my game!

 

I can be a little timid when meeting new people, but once I trust you, I’ll be your biggest fan and constant companion. If you’re ready for a loyal, loving, and playful buddy, I’m your guy!

**Note on breed and age determination: 

Breed and age are often determined on appearance, our own knowledge, veterinarian advice, and/or information from the sending shelters or previous owners.  Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.

 

ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:

• Wellness check
• Spay/neuter (puppies adopted with required spay/neuter certificate)
• Age appropriate vaccines - rabies and distemper combo 
• Heartworm test if over 7 months of age
• Fecal test and/or deworming for parasites
• Microchip ​

~ Healing Hearts rescue will also provide dental procedures, bloodwork, surgeries, and/or any other additional vet work as needed while dogs are in our care.
