Hi there I am Rowan, I am a 7 month old believed to be Schipperke mix!  I weigh about 12 pounds and my fostor mom does not think I will get much bigger, she also says I shed little to no hair!  My mom says I am doing great on potty training, I still have a few accidents but for the most part I am good!  I sleep through the night in my kennel and kennel quietly during the day.  My mom says I can’t be out yet on my own because I am too little.  I love to play with my two little foster pups and my great big foster dog!  I think I would be ok being the only dog in the house too!  I am kid friendly, in fact I LOVE my foster sister, she is the best!  I do have puppy energy though so sometimes I get a little rowdy but nothing too bad!  I love to go for walks, and I walk pretty good on a leash!  I also am a great cuddler, my foster mom even lets me sleep with her sometimes! I love to chew on bones and anything soft and snuggly.  I love my food and treats and eat well!  I am also curious as a typical puppy is but I have not destroyed anything much to my foster mom’s surprise!  I would love to meet you, I am a little shy at first but will be up in your arms after you give me a few minutes!!  Please help me find my forever home

**Note on breed and age determination: 

Breed and age are often determined on appearance, our own knowledge, veterinarian advice, and/or information from the sending shelters or previous owners.  Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.

 

ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:

• Wellness check
• Spay/neuter (puppies adopted with required spay/neuter certificate)
• Age appropriate vaccines - rabies and distemper combo 
• Heartworm test if over 7 months of age
• Fecal test and/or deworming for parasites
• Microchip ​

~ Healing Hearts rescue will also provide dental procedures, bloodwork, surgeries, and/or any other additional vet work as needed while dogs are in our care.
