Hi, my name is Umbrella, Brella for short, I am a 35lb beagle mix and the momma of the Springtime Weather litter. I was found as a pregnant stray in Missouri. After a few weeks of pampering in Minnesota, I gave birth to 10 beautiful babies- 1 girl and 9 boys. Usually a momma of my size usually has 5 or 6 pups - not 10! My foster mom told me that I was one of the best momma’s she has ever had. Now that my babies are grown it is time for me to find my forever family too.

I am a very sweet girl that loves every human, dog and cat I meet. I am the best snuggler but kennel nicely when you have to leave the house.

I am a beagle mix, but do not howl like a typical beagle. My strongest beagle trait is that I constantly have my nose to the ground. I love to go on walks to give my sniffer a good workout and to release some energy.

My foster family says that I will be perfect member for a fabulous family. What are you waiting for…hurry and fill out an application to bring me home!!!

**Note on breed and age determination: 

Breed and age are often determined on appearance, our own knowledge, veterinarian advice, and/or information from the sending shelters or previous owners.  Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.

ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:

• Wellness check
• Spay/neuter (puppies adopted with required spay/neuter certificate)
• Age appropriate vaccines - rabies and distemper combo 
• Heartworm test if over 7 months of age
• Fecal test and/or deworming for parasites
• Microchip ​

~ Healing Hearts rescue will also provide dental procedures, bloodwork, surgeries, and/or any other additional vet work as needed while dogs are in our care.
