Peanut is such a sweetie! He loves being petted and loved on, and gets so excited when you bring out his leash for a walk. He is very food motivated, he's lost some weight but needs to lose more. He doesn't act 9, he loves walking and he'd like to play with the other dogs but doesn't really know how. Peanut has had no accidents in the house and hasn't chewed anything, nor destroyed anything (one of the big benefits of an older dog :)) He doesn't bark much, but he does talk to you. He's welcome on the couch or bed, but rarely sits/lays on them - if he does, it's only for a brief time. Peanut loves anyone who will pet him! He'd fit into almost all homes, probably isn't a jogging partner - I'd love to see him in a home where someone is home more than not!
Adoption Fee: $325

Breed and age are often determined on appearance, our own knowledge, veterinarian advice, and/or information from the sending shelters or previous owners. Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.
