 **Higgins, the Pawesome Pup, Awaits Your Love!** 

Prepare for a tail-wagging adventure as we introduce you to the one and only Higgins (named after Leslie Higgins for those Ted Lasso fans), a rockstar puppy searching for a furever home. This 4-month-old bundle of joy is all about fun, smarts, and spreading happiness!

About me: Higgins is like a furry ball of energy just waiting to explode with excitement! He's the perfect partner for all your wild escapades. Whether it's fetching balls, racing around the park, or embarking on epic walks, this little dynamo is always up for a good time. He is the cutest, sweetest pup with the best ears out there.

Training: Once a stray puppy alone in the world, Higgins has embraced life with his foster family. This pup is a genuine Einstein in fur form. He's already mastered the impressive tricks of sit, down, leave it, and touch. With a brain as sharp as his teeth are tiny, Higgins is ready to learn even more tricks and prove he's the smartest pooch on the block. He is incredibly food motivated, making learning easy.

Personality: Higgins is the ultimate social butterfly. He's got the wag and charm to win over every human and dog he meets. If you've got a furry friend at home, rest assured they'll become instant BFFs. He has not been cat tested, but think he would do fine with them as he's a puppy and still learning. He is kid-friendly, but is a puppy so working on his mouthy-ness. 

Crate training: Higgins is great in his crate. He will bark for a few minutes, but once he comes to terms with being separated from his humans, he lays down and sleeps! He goes in well at night and sleeps through the night most nights!

**Note on breed and age determination: 

Breed and age are often determined on appearance, our own knowledge, veterinarian advice, and/or information from the sending shelters or previous owners.  Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.

ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:

• Wellness check
• Spay/neuter (puppies adopted with required spay/neuter certificate)
• Age appropriate vaccines - rabies and distemper combo 
• Heartworm test if over 7 months of age
• Fecal test and/or deworming for parasites
• Microchip ​

~ Healing Hearts rescue will also provide dental procedures, bloodwork, surgeries, and/or any other additional vet work as needed while dogs are in our care.
