Hi! My name is Mace and I am looking for the perfect family.

When I was a pup I was one of the littlest ones. My foster family would help me ensure I have time with my momma to eat since my other siblings would push me out of the way. They were a little worried since I wasn't gaining as much. But boy did I ease those worries. I starting to get past my siblings and ensure that I got enough to eat and now I am a BIG boy. I did enjoy the extra attention that I got but I still get spoiled by my foster family. I can be a little skittish when I first meet you, but I warm up quick!

At night I sleep with my siblings in our puppy room and we use potty pads and a litter box. I am not fully potty trained but I know that this is something that I will pick up pretty quick. During the day I play, eat, sleep, snuggle and then I do it all over again. It's a pretty difficult life :) I really like sleeping on the puppy beds that we have and if I am allowed I am sure that I will enjoy sleeping with you in your bed!

**Note on breed and age determination: 

Breed and age are often determined on appearance, our own knowledge, veterinarian advice, and/or information from the sending shelters or previous owners.  Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.

ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:

• Wellness check
• Spay/neuter (puppies adopted with required spay/neuter certificate)
• Age appropriate vaccines - rabies and distemper combo 
• Heartworm test if over 7 months of age
• Fecal test and/or deworming for parasites
• Microchip ​

~ Healing Hearts rescue will also provide dental procedures, bloodwork, surgeries, and/or any other additional vet work as needed while dogs are in our care.
