Age: 1 year old George is a sweet labrador, retriever, hound mix. He loves to cuddle and be with his people.
He gets along great with other dogs although he would do best living with a female dog and has great manners! He does not jump up on people and keeps his paws off of tables and counters, even though his long legs would make it easy for him to do so. George does not have food aggression and kennels with no problem.
George currently has a feline foster sibling, as well. He is interested in her, but seems to just want to be her friend.
He loves to play with toys and other dogs! When he’s done playing, he wants nothing more than to snuggle on the couch with you.
George does have some initial stranger danger, but give him a few minutes and some treats and he will become your best friend! He also startles at loud noises. Because of this shyness, George would do best in a home with another friendly and confident dog that George can look to for comfort and guidance.

Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.
