Meet Hodor! He’s a tiny beagle terrier mix that loves being held. Hodor is still working on his confidence and will need lots of social outings and exposure as a puppy to make sure he grows up a well rounded little guy. He adores older children, in fact his favorite person is the 10 yr old that lives with him, but smaller less stable children scare him a bit. He prefers to be with people and is a total snuggler. He’s not super active or assertive but likes to run in the yard then sit in your lap. Hodor loves a good crinkle toy and tends to avoid the other animals if they are playing too rough. If you have another dog in the house Hodor would love to have a furry sibling help him feel confident but it’s not required. Hodor is quite small weighing less than 4 pounds at 8 weeks and will likely be a smaller adult. If you have lots of love to offer and want an adorable floppy eared companion Hodor is the puppy for you!

Breed and age are often determined on appearance, our own knowledge, veterinarian advice, and/or information from the sending shelters or previous owners. Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.
