Oh boy! I'm so excited! I love to play with my resident dogs. I love all people and absolutely love to cuddle. I know sit and my foster mom says I'm super smart especially when she tells me to kennel up. I run right to my kennel. I love my kennel, however, I do howl and bark in my kennel at times but usually quiet down after a bit. I go outside on a tie out right now but man would I love to have a fenced yard to run in. I could play all day! You see, my breed is very active so I like to do lots of things. I do have some herding instincts but only to the dogs. With the right training, that can be corrected. Did I tell you that I'm good with cats? As long as they're dog savvy. I like to play with them but if I get to be too much my foster mom corrects me and I move about my business. I have pretty good recall. I am slowly learning to fetch but that's a tricky one. I may need a little help with leash training. I do pull a little but getting so much better! I love walks too. Will you be my new family?

**Note on breed and age determination: 

Breed and age are often determined on appearance, our own knowledge, veterinarian advice, and/or information from the sending shelters or previous owners.  Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.

 

ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:

• Wellness check
• Spay/neuter (puppies adopted with required spay/neuter certificate)
• Age appropriate vaccines - rabies and distemper combo 
• Heartworm test if over 7 months of age
• Fecal test and/or deworming for parasites
• Microchip ​

~ Healing Hearts rescue will also provide dental procedures, bloodwork, surgeries, and/or any other additional vet work as needed while dogs are in our care.
