Hi, I'm Posey! I'm a mellow, older girl who is very sweet - everybody says so. I like short, slow walks, treats, and other mellow dogs. My favorite thing is to hang out with my humans - whether you are watching tv, sitting outside with a book, or enjoying a cup of coffee at the kitchen table, I will be right there laying at your feet. I would do best in a home where someone is around much of the time. I can get anxious if I'm left alone for too long and I sometimes start crying if I think I've been abandoned. I do need to be let outside regularly so I don't have an accident in the house. What can I say, that's part of aging gracefully. I like people of all sizes and ages as long as they realize I'm not built for a lot of activity and rough-housing. If you're looking for a sweet, quiet, older companion, I'm your girl.
