Hi! I am Jadzia! I came into rescue at four weeks old with my six other littermates. Each one of me and my siblings are unique little puppies. I have soft fluffy black fur with caramel brown eyebrows and paws. I currently sleep in a puppy x-pen with all of my siblings (or maybe taking a nap outside). When my siblings prefer sleeping in a puppy pile, I am happy to sleep by myself or even better, snuggled up in your arms! I really like napping. Maybe I have to go off and sleep by myself because I sleep a bit more than my siblings and they always try to wake me up when I am trying to nap. So rude! When I am not sleeping, I like to play and wrestle with my siblings. I also like to play with toys and explore the fenced in backyard solo. I am an independent little lady! Overall, I am a pretty quiet girl, but I have been told I like to talk in my sleep. I potty on puppy pads (I’m just a baby), but I am learning to go potty outside! I am getting pretty good at going up and down the few stairs between the kitchen door and the backyard. I also love tummy rubs and crawling into small spaces just like my momma!
Jadzia and her 6 siblings were born into rescue with our partner, Lightshine Canine, after their momma was rescued as a stray while pregnant. Their breed mix is unknown but they are likely a mix of a wide variety of breeds. We are guessing they will be about 50-65 pounds as adults and enjoy active homes full of fun and learning. They will be available to go to their adoptive homes after 6/19/22 when they are 8 weeks old. Apply today to set up a meet and greet!

Breed and age are often determined on appearance, our own knowledge, veterinarian advice, and/or information from the sending shelters or previous owners. Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.
