Hi, I’m Charlo or Char! I came into rescue with quite a bang. I was very nervous and scared as my puppies came into rescue the week before me and so I escaped our transport van and spent 2 days running around Eden Prairie. The whole community was looking for me and were so nice to me even though I was scared.
I was finally caught on a Sunday and got to meet my foster mom! As soon as I saw her, I wagged my tail and I knew the good life was just around the corner. After a couple days at home, I really started to shine and my foster mom says “I’m perfect!” And you know, I think she’s right!
I love toys! Mainly, I love to destroy them, but it brings me so much joy so I’d love a home that will provide me with endless toys! I’d do require another dog in the home to play with as I love to play with my foster sister and another dog helps me be confident ! I also love bones and will happily entertain myself. I’ve also started to discover the comforts of home and like to snuggle on the couch or in bed with you sometimes.
I walk well on a leash and am fully potty trained! My foster mom lets me sleep on a dog bed in her office during the day and I have no problem holding it while she is at work! I will also go to the door sometimes if I have to go potty so I could likely be bell trained! I know how to sit and we are working on shake, but I’m eager to please and would love learning new things with you!
Sometimes loud or new noises still scare me, but I’m sure as I get comfy in your home, I’ll become more confident. Like foster mom says, I’m pretty much perfect! All my puppies have found their forever homes and now I’m looking for my happily ever after! What better time to bring me home than before the holidays? Are you my forever family?! Love, Char
