Noah is approximately a one year old retriever mix. A DNA test would be interesting to see what other breeds he has in him that are keeping him on the petite end of a medium size dog. Regardless of what any DNA test would say, Noah is almost perfect and 100% friendly. He loves everyone he meets, which is remarkable, considering he was lacking so much when he was rescued as a stray pup. He came into rescue with a bum hip, and it was clear to see he had not had enough to eat. Noah’s hip was able to be completely fixed through surgery; he also needed a front canine tooth extracted. Despite this, he has only shown love, affection, and a strong desire to please his people and play with the other dogs in his foster home. He hasn’t met a dog or person he doesn’t consider a friend. He has gained the weight he needs and is a beautiful dog. Noah is fully potty and crate trained. He also can be left home uncrated for a full workday. His personality is calm, sweet, and friendly. He enjoys belly rubs, being petted, and sitting with his humans, but he also can be independent and loves his dog beds near his humans. Noah loves walks and is excellent on a leash. He would also enjoy running around a fenced yard or dog park. Most of all, Noah will love YOU.

Adoption Fee: $495

**Note on breed and age determination:

Breed and age are often determined on appearance, our own knowledge, veterinarian advice, and/or information from the sending shelters or previous owners.  Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.
