Have you been looking for a small, affectionate, adorable companion?  One who is laid back and super sweet? Meet Daffodil! She is as mild mannered and sweet as they come and she will steal your heart as soon as you meet her!

She loves to be near her human, and will follow you all over, then will sit and watch until she can sit next to you again. She would enjoy daily walks or play time in a secure fenced yard and needs another dog in the home. Preferably a playful one.

Daffodil barks just a bit (sometimes to let you know she needs out to potty) but stops on command (wouldn't be good for an apartment setting tho). She enjoys zooming around the living room when she’s excited, but settles down quickly.

She is doing good on potty training when kept on a schedule both outside and potty pads.

Daffodil loves sleeping in the bed with her foster mom but would also be fine sleeping with another furry friend instead.  If you feel you could be her soul person , she’d love to meet you!

**Note on breed and age determination: 

Breed and age are often determined on appearance, our own knowledge, veterinarian advice, and/or information from the sending shelters or previous owners.  Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.

ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:

• Wellness check
• Spay/neuter (puppies adopted with required spay/neuter certificate)
• Age appropriate vaccines - rabies and distemper combo 
• Heartworm test if over 7 months of age
• Fecal test and/or deworming for parasites
• Microchip ​

~ Healing Hearts rescue will also provide dental procedures, bloodwork, surgeries, and/or any other additional vet work as needed while dogs are in our care.
