Hello my name is Reese's, I’m just a puppy so I’ll let my foster mom tell you a bit more about me. If you’re looking into adopting a puppy I might just be the one for you.
So there are no surprises about what’s in your future I want to be honest about what to expect. The next 4 months your life will revolve around pee, when did he last pee? When will he pee again? How often does he pee? What color is his pee? Basically puppies are like a baby, a baby that doesn’t wear diapers and has sharp teeth. Still interested? Well not only will you be more concerned about his bathroom habits than you ever thought possible he will also wake you up at night. Why? Well because he has to pee of course. Puppies can’t hold it through the night.
Now if you’re still reading this I know you’re committed to bringing home a puppy because let be real that’s a whole lot of work. Let me introduce you to Reese's! This lucky cutie has a handsome coat of spots like his Mama Ella! He’s one of the bigger puppies of the Chocolate litter. He isn’t as tall as the other puppies more stocky and low and long. We call him the chunky monkey. He loves going on his back to play and get belly rubs. He’s playful but not overly energetic. He loves other dogs. Reese's may have been dressed in pjs and puppy hoodies to keep warm while we let his siblings eat because he’s a hog, he doesn’t mind one bit! He currently is more of an evening guy and is the last of the group to go to bed at night but that should pass with time. when he is 8 weeks old. We are 100% unsure of what breed mix Reeses and his siblings are. His momma appears to be a low rider Basset Hound mix and is about 40 pounds. His daddy is unknown but likely larger than mom so we expect him to be 50 pounds or more as an adult. Puppy training is a must for this boy!
