Hi my name is Peter. I’m a big fluffy goofball. I love to lay around and watch my people. I do require a secure fence as I do like to make sure the neighborhood is safe and will protect them if I need to. Without a fence I could keep securing the parameters far as the eye could see. My job of keeping watch is very important to me. I also love the outdoors. Texas was just too hot, this cold fluffy stuff is just right! My foster brother (small dog) is fine, I think he’s a little nervous around me (I’m kinda big guy about 85lbs) but I don’t mind him. I’m sure he’s just intimidated by my size. That’s really the only reason I can think of. I don’t bite or show any aggression at all. I’m not sure how I’d do around cats, but I’d probably ignore them like I do most things I’m not sure about. I just want to love my people and snuggle. I walk on a leash pretty good. I do like to explore my area. I like my crate too, it makes me feel safe. I would really love a home with kids. Kids are great. I love kids. They love me. Life would be hard if I didn’t have someone to look after. I would love to find a home that will be there for me, because by golly this year has been a doozy. Do you have room in your heart to take me home? I promise to be the best doggy ever.
