Tinsel is patient and snuggly. She loves to fall asleep on your lap, though also has plenty of energy to rumble with her brothers and sisters! Tinsel has short fur and a gray merle coat with black and white patches, with a little brown on her face and legs. She had blue eyes until seven weeks, but we think they may now be changing to gray.

Tinsel is available to go home to her new family on 12/11/20 when she is 8 weeks old. We think her mom is an adorable hound mix (her picture is in her profile) and her dad must have been some sort of Australian Shepherd based on many of the litter having merle makings. We are guessing she will be about 40-50 pounds as an adult. Due to her breed mixes she will likely be an active dog needing a good amount of exercise and enrichment activities to keep her engaged and happy.

**Note on breed and age determination: 

Breed and age are often determined on appearance, our own knowledge, veterinarian advice, and/or information from the sending shelters or previous owners.  Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.

ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:

• Wellness check
• Spay/neuter (puppies adopted with required spay/neuter certificate)
• Age appropriate vaccines - rabies and distemper combo 
• Heartworm test if over 7 months of age
• Fecal test and/or deworming for parasites
• Microchip ​

~ Healing Hearts rescue will also provide dental procedures, bloodwork, surgeries, and/or any other additional vet work as needed while dogs are in our care.
