Meet Sage: a sweet, affectionate, and friendly mini husky. Sage loves to snuggle, and her fur is so soft! She will follow her person around the house and want to see them, but she is beginning to want to be independent as well. Her foster family teases that she always sleeps with one eye and two ears open. She has some separation anxiety that her foster family has been working on, but understandable when she only recently has a place to call home where all her needs are met. She loves people, toys, and walks and does quite well on a leash. She is friendly with other dogs and the foster’s resident senior dog. Sage has learned to use the bathroom outdoors only and will sleep through the night in her crate, although her preference would be to sleep on the floor next to her people or even in bed with them! Sage enjoys the outdoors but seems to do well inside also. A fenced yard is not a necessity for her, as she does so well on a leash. Sage will steal your heart with her big, brown eyes and be a loving, loyal companion.
Adoption Fee: $495

Breed and age are often determined on appearance, our own knowledge, veterinarian advice, and/or information from the sending shelters or previous owners. Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.
