Are you looking for a dog full of love and fun? Take a closer look at Hawk. This older puppy is playful, inquisitive, and smart. He enjoys long walks and would love to hunt squirrels in your yard. He loves all kinds of people and will be protective of you once you’re his. He may need guidance when dealing with younger children due to his exuberant personality. He loves to snuggle – which means laying on top of you! Hawk sleeps through the night in his crate and is potty trained. He kennels well, and, at his foster home, has kenneled during the day while the family is at work. He also has “worked from home” with his fosters and curls up by their feet during the work day. He has done well with other dogs; his current foster has a senior dog and an older puppy. Hawk has figured out the senior dog does not want to play, but is all in with the other puppy! Hawk is a wonderful dog and has much love to give.
He is looking for his forever family…people who understand the needs of a high energy pup, who maybe have a puppy brother or sister for him? Otherwise, he'd love it if his humans would give him the exercise and love that he needs. He promises to "love you 3000" in return. If the Avengers reference doesn't mean anything to you, Hawk just wants us to tell you he promises to love and snuggle you "bunches". :)
