Hello! My name is Ringo and I come to Minnesota from South Dakota. When I got here, I had some pretty bad wounds on my neck and my back legs as a result of an attack from some other dogs. But, my foster family has gotten me all healed up and I'm ready to find my forever home!
I am good with other dogs, but require slow introductions, understandably. On walks I can be a little anxious and cars are a scary - especially big trucks - but treats help and I've come a long way since I got here. Humans are fine, but pretty much anything unfamiliar is going to get a bark until I confirm they're ok.
Once I get to know you, all I want to do is be close to you - really, really close - to snuggle. I love playing with my foster sister who is a Labrador Retriever - wrestling and zoomies are a lot of fun! And, kids - kids get a LOT of kisses from me.
Do I sound like the perfect dog for you? Please put in an application! I can't wait to meet you!
Breed and age are often determined on appearance, our own knowledge, veterinarian advice, and/or information from the sending shelters or previous owners. Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.
ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:
Wellness check
Spay/neuter (puppies adopted with required spay/neuter certificate)
Age appropriate vaccines - rabies and distemper combo
