My soft brown eyes show my sweet curious temperament. I love wrestling with my litter mate even, though I am a bit smaller than she is.
Hmm, I guess right now I kinda like to chew on everything as I explore this new world of freedom. Yak & bully sticks are faves. I like to chase balls & easily get distracted with my surroundings. I am happy, but hesitant on a leash when other dogs are around & need a special treat like Zukes crunchy along with your assuring voice to coax me past. My foster mom say I am learning the stairs too & that thresholds aren’t scary.
I’m smart & a positive reward learner almost mastered, sit, shake, lie down, go to bed, leave it. My foster mom has fallen in love with me but her home already has 3 resident dogs.
I haven’t been around cats, when another dog corrects me I listen & back off. Oh darn I am just so playful. I can now sleep through the night!

**Note on breed and age determination: 

Breed and age are often determined on appearance, our own knowledge, veterinarian advice, and/or information from the sending shelters or previous owners.  Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.

ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:

• Wellness check
• Spay/neuter (puppies adopted with required spay/neuter certificate)
• Age appropriate vaccines - rabies and distemper combo 
• Heartworm test if over 7 months of age
• Fecal test and/or deworming for parasites
• Microchip ​

~ Healing Hearts rescue will also provide dental procedures, bloodwork, surgeries, and/or any other additional vet work as needed while dogs are in our care.
