I am beautifully unique little shepherd/terrier girl mix. I love to play with my litter mate, chew on bully sticks & yak cheese sticks. Well, I guess right now I kinda like to chew on everything as I explore this new world of freedom.
I like to chase balls & easily get distracted with my surroundings. When I can I like to dig in the yard or planter boxes. I have not been around the feline type, but respond by backing off when a mother dog (or my foster mom) corrects me. I am happy but hesitant with some people & on a leash when other dogs are around. I need a special treat like Zukes along with your assuring voice to coax me past. My foster mom say I am a love who’s learning the stairs too & that thresholds aren’t scary.
I’m smart & a positive reward learner almost mastered, sit, shake, lie down, go to bed, leave it.

**Note on breed and age determination: 

Breed and age are often determined on appearance, our own knowledge, veterinarian advice, and/or information from the sending shelters or previous owners.  Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.

ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:

• Wellness check
• Spay/neuter (puppies adopted with required spay/neuter certificate)
• Age appropriate vaccines - rabies and distemper combo 
• Heartworm test if over 7 months of age
• Fecal test and/or deworming for parasites
• Microchip ​

~ Healing Hearts rescue will also provide dental procedures, bloodwork, surgeries, and/or any other additional vet work as needed while dogs are in our care.
