Hi, my name is Tim! I am a sweet mature guy, who came to Healing Hearts Rescue from Texas after being found as a stray. I'm still getting used to the cold and snow, but I like to run outside with my foster sibling, Henry. We get along well, so I would do well in a home with another dog, or by myself. I love attention, and certainly wouldn't mind if it was just me in my furever home!

I'm a super smart boy! I know sit, shake, and lay down, and LOVE treats. In fact, I can have some bad manners when it comes to food that I want, but I redirect well. I'm also working super hard on potty training and I've almost got that down.  Just a little more practice and lots more yummy treats!

I love people of all sizes, and I like dogs of all sizes too! I'm a bit unsure about cats, though. My foster family says that I am super sweet, super cute, and a big goofball! They think that anyone would be lucky to have me. I'm excited to find my new furever home!

**Note on breed and age determination: 

Breed and age are often determined on appearance, our own knowledge, veterinarian advice, and/or information from the sending shelters or previous owners.  Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.

ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:

• Wellness check
• Spay/neuter (puppies adopted with required spay/neuter certificate)
• Age appropriate vaccines - rabies and distemper combo 
• Heartworm test if over 7 months of age
• Fecal test and/or deworming for parasites
• Microchip ​

~ Healing Hearts rescue will also provide dental procedures, bloodwork, surgeries, and/or any other additional vet work as needed while dogs are in our care.
