Hi, I’m Tanner
My foster parents say I couldn’t be anymore perfect, but I bet all foster parents say that about their dogs.
My foster mom says I’m pretty amazing as I’m potty trained, if you ask me that is a no brainer.
I know my basic commands. Sit, Stay, Down, come, off, no and heal. Oh I forgot I can shake, squat on my hind legs and give hugs!
I can’t wait to find out what other tricks my fur ever family will teach me.
I am super gentle especially when taking treats. My foster mom thinks it’s brilliant that I don’t counter surf, I’m not sure exactly what that means.
I am drawn to kids, for some reason they look like they’re a lot of fun and I love all the attention they give me. They look like they are always having my kind of fun. When I take my humans out for walks, I like to stop and say hi to the kids in the neighborhood.
I love playing with my toys, chewing on bones and playing ball. I like to try and catch the ball and play tug-of-war with my rope. Oh and Rides in the car are fun too! I don’t need help getting in the car except for opening the car doors, I leave that to the pros!
Some people think that big dogs like me belong outdoors or would be too rambunctious in the house. My foster parents keep telling me I’m a pretty chill dude, and have perfect house manners. I’m not sure what that means, but they are impressed how relaxed I am even with other animals in the house. I like to make them laugh with my goofy smile.
