Love at first sight? Yep, I get that a lot.  I'm just the perfect little puppy boy and I can't wait to find my forever family.  I've been hanging out with this super awesome foster family for a few weeks now after I was abandoned at the country store.  I just love being around nice people.  Did you know they give you food multiple times a day! How great is that!? I just love food! 

My foster family has three kids and a big doggie that I get to play with all day long.  Boy are they fun! They play fetch with me and I even know how to bring it back for endless play time.  I'm also doing super good with my potty training and crate training.  I sleep in a crate at night and when my foster family isn't home.  I'm kinda liking it in there but when it's time to get out, I sure love to wrestle and find all the toys. Did I mention I like to play? 

I love other dogs and hope to continue to add to my social skills in my new home with obedience classes and training.  I tend to have more of an alpha personality but will be respectful of my alpha doggie brother in my foster home.  I think a human owner that has some pack leader skills would be perfect for me so I can be sure I grow up to be the best canine citizen on the block.  

Did I mention how wonderful I am with kids yet? Oh my do I love them! I really, really home my new family has kids for me to play with.  I bond really closely to kids and think they are the best thing ever.  They are so great at playing with me and seem to have endless energy to throw toys and run around.  They love to give me belly rubs and snuggle me too! It's so great!

**Note on breed and age determination: 

Breed and age are often determined on appearance, our own knowledge, veterinarian advice, and/or information from the sending shelters or previous owners.  Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.

 

ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:

• Wellness check
• Spay/neuter (puppies adopted with required spay/neuter certificate)
• Age appropriate vaccines - rabies and distemper combo 
• Heartworm test if over 7 months of age
• Fecal test and/or deworming for parasites
• Microchip ​

~ Healing Hearts rescue will also provide dental procedures, bloodwork, surgeries, and/or any other additional vet work as needed while dogs are in our care.
